OCR: INTRODUCING THE NEW LINE OF SEMPLEX ALL MALT BEER KITS! Recently, we have experienced an increased demand for ingredient kits that consist of more than just a tin of malt extract. Home brewers are increasingly interested in brewing more complex and involved beers, but they are not necessarily interested in taking a chemistry class. We have assembled 12 all malt kits that make 5 gal. of premium beer and are the perfect intermediate step before all grain brewing. All of them are available at any time, but each month, one of them will be our featured "Beer of The Month" and will be on special at 10% off the normal price. The beers chosen each month reflect both the best time to brew a given beer and the traditional season in which to drink it. All the kits come with at least 6 lbs of malt extract (and often more), specialty grains when needed, bittering hops, flavoring and finishing hops when needed, yeast, priming sugar, and any other necessary ingredients that the recipe may call for. (You may substitute liquid yeast cultures for an additional $3.00). All beer kits note the original gravity and approximate alcohol content. Your measurements may vary slightly, but they should be very close. You will need no other equipment other than what comes with your standard beer kit to brew any of these kits with 2 exceptions: You will find a 14X17 inch press bag very helpful, but not necessary, as a grain bag. You will need a glass carboy if you wish to actually lager any of the lager beers. Also, all the kits come with complete instructions and remember to feel free to call us with any additional questions.
